Kate Cassidy

Kate is a spiritual teacher, happiness scientist and wellness activist with a passion to protect the voiceless. Her passion is to educate people on power of self-love, forgiveness, how to be happy from within and healthy vegan eating. Her path led her to discover inner happiness and the power of self-love, as she was very unhappy and traumatized as a child. Deep down she knew that happiness can be achieved from within and not dependant on external circumstances. She has spent 9 years developing spiritual studies, self-discovery and mastering the mind. She is devoted to organic and healthy living, veganism, creating a compassionate planet and sharing the truth on what's really going on in the world today. Julie is a pioneer and innovator in corproate wellness. She is a founder of Unicorn and Co and UPGRADE-U. Julie has been helping organisations embed meaningful and impactful employee wellbeing programmes. She designed and led a number of mindfulness programmes and workshops for various companies in the last 4 years. Julie brings warm humour and extensive knowledge to her courses.
